The Actuator Training Platform – AVQE 401 is a comprehensive practical training system designed for hands-on learning and experimentation in industrial automation, motion control, actuator technology, motor control, PLC interfacing, and drive systems. The platform brings together multiple types of motors, actuators, sensors, drives, switching devices, and indication modules to provide a versatile environment for studying real-world industrial control applications.
At the core of the platform is a 400W AC servo motor with a rated voltage of 220V and a speed range of 0–3000 RPM. The servo motor uses PWM control through its drive and supports incremental or absolute encoder configurations with 2048, 2500, or 10000 pulses per revolution. A built-in dynamic braking and alarm function provides additional control and protection during operation.
